Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item/s
Apologies if any of the item(s) your have received are faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please notify our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we will rectify the problem with as little inconvenience to you as possible. Please note you have 14 days from the day after your receive the goods to advise us of the above.
To return or exchange a product, first contact us with a brief description of why you would like to return your order. We will then get back to you with more details and a return address. We will reimburse you the cost of returning a product back to us if the item is deemed faulty, however we will not cover any charges back to flowerglow if you change your mind or want to cancel the order.
